Tips

Here are some helpful tips that have and continue to help me:

  • Bring cash
  • Bring bottled water.
  • Wear comfortable shoes
  • Tickets purchased early are usually cheaper.

Other tips you can live without

  • Bring wetwipes for those portable bathrooms.
  • If available, read the event schedule just in case you wanted to make it to a performance, demonstration, etc.
  • Try to go early because food is usually available until sold out.
  • Initially, taste the food the way it is prepared so your palate can experience all the flavors. Then add condiments if necessary.

Or ignore the list and go with the flow.

Thank you so much for the wonderful info.
I look forward to the updates and plan my weekends via your site. (Hubby and I have been married 23 years and rarely do anything) Since we’ve hit the Scottish Festivals I surfed the net found you on FB and have followed you since.

THANK YOU again for all you do with keeping us informed!!

Thanks Michelle! Some of the festivals do have shuttle services so you don’t have to pay.

I love this website! It’s very helpful and definitely exciting & helpful in pin pointing upcoming festivals all over California. I only wish there was a bus or something to get to & from each festival.. but I’m just dreaming. Very informative and I love the touch of personal experience.
I can’t wait to go to some of these!!
